Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in the store currency and include any applicable taxes where stated. We may update prices and product details at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error) and will refund you in full if we do.

Compatibility

Loqa products work with Apple's Find My network and require a compatible iPhone or iPad. They are not compatible with Android. Please check before you buy.

Returns

Returns are covered by our returns and refunds policy and your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
