Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: typically 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, tracked.
• International: typically 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping cost

UK shipping is free on orders over £40. Any applicable cost for smaller orders or international destinations is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel is delayed beyond the windows above, email hello@getloqa.com and we will chase it for you.
