Does Loqa work with Android?

No. Loqa works with Apple's Find My network, so it is designed for iPhone and iPad. If you are on Android it will not pair, and we would rather tell you that up front than have you disappointed.

How far away can I find my things?

Anywhere the Find My network reaches. When your Loqa is nearby, your phone guides you to it. When it is further away, the hundreds of millions of Apple devices around the world can anonymously and securely help report its last seen location back to you. There is no SIM and no GPS to pay for.

Is my location private and secure?

Yes. Find My is end-to-end encrypted. Your items appear only to you in your own Find My app, and the network relays location anonymously. Loqa never sees where you or your things are.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 months on a single charge, and it recharges wirelessly on any standard charging pad. No fiddly battery swaps.

How do I set it up?

Under a minute. Wake the device, open the Find My app on your iPhone, add it under Items, and you are done.

Can I track more than one thing?

Yes. Add as many Loqa trackers as you like and name each one, so you always know whether it is your wallet, keys, bag, or passport that has wandered off.

Can my partner or family find it too?

Yes. You can share an item with people in your Apple Family Sharing group straight from the Find My app.

Can I make it play a sound?

Yes. When it is nearby, tap Play Sound in Find My and follow the chime straight to it.

What happens when I get a new iPhone?

Nothing to re-buy. Your Loqa stays linked to your Apple ID and shows up on your new phone automatically.

Is it slim enough for a wallet?

Yes. The Loqa Card is about the thickness of a couple of credit cards and sits flat in a card slot. The KeyFinder is a small fob for keys, bags, and zips.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. Beyond the Apple ID already on your iPhone, there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay each month.

Can I take it on a plane?
