If Loqa is not for you, you have 90 days from delivery to return it for a refund. We want you to buy with confidence.

How to return

Email hello@getloqa.com with your order number and we will send you simple return instructions. Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition with any packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Loqa arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
